The credit to our success entirely belongs to our committed workforce. Our total work force of the group is approximate 600nos in different categories. Most of the workers are trained from Dubai Dry Dock, MIS and Lamprell. Certain number of workers already trained and medically certified for confined space entry and some of the tank cleaners already finished safety training from Shell Market (Middle East) Limited and Enoc. Most of the scaffold technicians have already completed their scaffolding safety training from approved third party training consultants.
Each location is headed by Operations Manager who manages a team of professionals including Painting Inspectors, QA/QC personnel, HSE personnel, and qualified supervisors. All operations are supported from head office by a team of Finance, Purchase, HR & IT Experts.
